Recorded June, 1957, at Radio Recorders in Hollywood, CA; Producer: Red Clyde Engineer: Bones Howe.

Due to a well received appearance on KABC-TV's "Just jazz", a half hour show hosted by Bobby Troup, Paul Togawa's quartet album was Mode's best selling release during the summer of 1957. This was also Gabe Baltazar's first recording and is one of the few recordings featuring pianist Dick Johnston.
